The BroadRoom x CzarCo Launches in Denver

Last week, something special happened in Colorado.

And no, we’re not just talking about Tina Fey and Amy Poehler taking the stage at Red Rocks (though that was iconic). We’re talking about the launch of The BroadRoom—a new Czarnowski Collective event series created to bring together powerhouse women across our industry and beyond.

What began as a local idea sparked by Czarnowski Collective's own Stephanie Sanchez, Susie Sapp and Lexi Corn has already become something much bigger. The goal? Build community, spark conversations, and connect bold women from all corners of the business. Denver was our first stop—but definitely not our last.

The night kicked off at our Denver facility where eight remarkable women gathered for intros, insights, and a bit of that signature Collective energy. From there, we headed to Holidaily Brewing Company in Golden—a woman-owned gem that made the perfect pit stop for good beer and even better conversation. Then it was off to Red Rocks to laugh (and shiver) through the rain and snow while soaking up the brilliance of two comedy legends. Fun fact: a surprise detour into the men’s restroom may or may not have been involved.

Despite the weather, the connections were real. We swapped stories. Shared experiences. Froze our butts off.

And most importantly, laid the foundation for what we’re calling the board of the BroadRoom—a dynamic group including Czarnowski Collective women, an executive from a tech giant, a local mental health advocate, and a stellar event partner.

And this just the beginning.

We’re taking the show on the road and popping up in cities across the U.S. over the coming months.

Expect culture, candor, and community. Maybe even a few more ponchos. 🤞
