Highlights included: 


Lexus: NYCxDesign

Anchored by the all-new GX 550 and a striking LC 500 Convertible wrapped in original artwork, Lexus’ Ambiance activation in New York’s Hudson Yards blurred the line between vehicle display and digital installation. Visitors were invited to create their own Ambiance through motion-sensing screens that transformed their movement into vivid light-based art that could be downloaded and shared. These interactions did more than simply generate unique content, though, as their movements also affected the ambiance of the space—shifting sound, color, and texture of the entire installation in real time. Ambiance marked a new kind of brand moment for Lexus: not just premium, but participatory—the experience delivered a visceral expression of what it means to “Experience Amazing.” 

 


Museum of the Future:

 When the Dubai Future Foundation’s Museum of the Future set its sights on South by Southwest (SXSW) for the first time, it needed an activation as bold as its mission. So Czarnowski Collective built one. We brought Middle Eastern creativity to the heart of Austin with a striking 60' x 100' structure that acted like a beacon for anyone chasing what’s next. Inside, a 360-degree LED environment from artist Refik Anadol—fueled by AI-driven data—wrapped guests in living, breathing dreamscapes. Outside, a backyard-style hangout served up Dubai Chocolate, Middle Eastern calligraphy, and live Chai tea demonstrations. The experience stretched even further with a 120-seat thought leadership space where voices from Arab cinema to the first Emirati astronaut unpacked the intersection of culture, technology, and the future. 


Strategy, storytelling, and precision came together to do more than build a space—we built a moment that stayed with people long after SXSW. 

 


Coca-Cola at NACS:

 Charged with bringing Coca-Cola’s vision to life, Czarnowski Collective transformed a 5,000-square-foot footprint into a vibrant “Coca-Cola Neighborhood.” Each brand in the Coca-Cola lineup claimed its own corner, pairing immersive design with hands-on moments to guide guests through a lively, memorable journey. 

The space showcased new innovations—like Coca-Cola Spiced, Orange Cream Coke and Sprite + Tea—while creating smart touchpoints for deeper consumer connection. It all came together to underscore Coca-Cola’s leadership in innovation and brand storytelling. 


Czarnowski Collective’s design and fabrication teams also elevated Coca-Cola’s sustainability narrative. Reusable sampling cups developed with r.Cup and advanced recycling stations built with Oscar Sort were seamlessly woven into the Neighborhood, proving responsibility and creativity can share the same address. 

This activation demonstrates the full breadth of how stories and community are woven into the spaces that we create. 

 

In every example, the audience isn’t a passive viewer—they are a co-creator, a participant, or a collaborator whose presence actively shapes the experience. 

 

The through line is clear: Czarnowski Collective builds experiences that happen with audiences, not at them.
