CzarCo @ CES 2026 – How We Took Over the Show Floor

At CES 2026, we didn’t just show up.

CES is many things at once: a proving ground, a pressure cooker, a sneak peek at what’s coming next. But above all, it’s a place where ideas either translate into experience—or they don’t.

At CES 2026, Czarnowski Collective partnered with some of the world’s most forward-thinking brands to help ensure their ideas didn’t just land, but resonated. From agriculture to consumer tech to AI-driven ecosystems, our work this year focused on one thing: turning complex futures into experiences people could immediately understand, explore, and remember.

Here’s a closer look at three Czarnowski-produced exhibits that helped shape the show floor.

Kubota: From Field to Future

Czarnowski Collective's Kubota booth exhibiting at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kubota’s CES presence has become a destination, and this year was no exception. The exhibit once again transported visitors from familiar fields into the future of farming—without losing sight of the human at the center of it all.

Highlights included a commercial autonomous tractor, a concept “transformer” robot, and an interactive Digital Twin table that allowed attendees to explore smart agricultural solutions in real time. But the real power of the booth was how seamlessly innovation met intuition.

Working closely with Kubota, Czarnowski Collective helped design an environment that balanced advanced technology with natural familiarity. The booth blended nature and innovation through thoughtful sensory details: subtle scents of fresh grass and soil, cinematic footage captured in Napa and Japan, and interfaces designed to feel accessible, not overwhelming.

From app interactions to flexible machine control concepts, the experience reinforced Kubota’s belief that technology should extend a farmer’s expertise—not replace it. The result was an exhibit that felt grounded, immersive, and genuinely human, even while showcasing what’s next.

LG: Turning Vision into Physical Reality

When LG imagines the future, the creative bar is high—and the execution has to match. At CES 2026, Czarnowski served as LG’s trusted production and execution partner, translating complex creative vision into high-impact physical form.

From the earliest engineering conversations through fabrication and on-site delivery, our team value-engineered every square inch of the booth. The goal wasn’t simply efficiency; it was elevation. Quality, safety, and precision were embedded at every step, ensuring LG’s design standards were not only met but enhanced.

Large-scale exhibits demand more than craftsmanship. They demand coordination, adaptability, and a deep understanding of how design decisions play out in the real world. By aligning early and collaborating closely, we helped LG deliver a CES presence that felt seamless, intentional, and unmistakably premium.

Panasonic: Making the Future Feel Personal

Panasonic came to CES 2026 with a powerful idea: AI can help the world work smarter, cleaner, and healthier. Our job was to help make that idea tangible.

Anchored by the theme “The Future We Make,” the exhibit guided visitors through immersive zones focused on three critical spaces:

  • The Future We Optimize explored how AI can streamline operations and sharpen decision-making.

  • The Future We Safeguard highlighted sustainability, resource protection, and waste reduction.

  • The Future We Live showcased AI applications in wellness, fitness, and life-enhancing technology.

An immersive entry experience set the tone, drawing visitors into the story. A playful, participatory exit ensured the message stayed with them long after they left the booth. From strategy through show floor execution, Czarnowski Collective partnered with Panasonic to turn purpose into presence—creating an exhibit that felt optimistic, engaging, and deeply relevant.

What CES 2026 Reinforced

Across every booth, one theme was clear: technology alone isn’t the differentiator. Experience is.

The brands that stood out weren’t just showing what they make. They were showing why it matters, and how it fits into real lives, real work, and real futures. That’s where Czarnowski Collective thrives—bridging strategy, design, fabrication, and execution to help brands show up to the world’s biggest stages with clarity and confidence.

CES may only last a week, but the impressions made there can shape perception for years. And we’re glad to be a part of the story.
