Rain or shine, the event goes on—because we designed it that way.
If you’ve ever planned an outdoor event, you know the weather report can feel like a personal attack. One minute, clear skies. The next, a monsoon. But with the smart design of assembly structures, you don’t have to let a little (or a lot of) rain ruin the day.
More Than Just Shelter
assembly isn’t just about keeping people dry—it’s about creating structures that adapt to the environment, no matter what Mother Nature throws your way. From blazing sun to sudden storms, our team engineers every detail to ensure comfort, safety, and a seamless guest experience. Because the show must go on—even when the skies turn gray.

The Floating Floor Fix
Most temporary event structures sit directly on the ground, which is great—until the ground turns into a lake. That’s why assembly’s floating floor system is a game-changer. Instead of water pooling inside your space, it flows beneath the floor, keeping everything (and everyone) dry. Think of it as a built-in insurance policy against surprise storms.

Gutter Genius
Rain doesn’t just fall—it moves. And if you don’t direct it properly, it finds its way into all the wrong places. That’s why assembly structures are equipped with gutter systems that efficiently channel water away from entrances, walkways, and high-traffic areas. No puddles. No unexpected indoor rain showers. Just smart, seamless drainage that keeps your event running smoothly.

Built to Brave the Storm
Still, nothing tests a structure’s strength like extreme weather. And during the 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, we saw just how resilient our builds truly are. Severe rain and winds up to 90 mph battered the Monterey Peninsula, leaving a trail of destruction and stretching power outages for over three days. But despite being placed in high-exposure locations, our structures took the full force of the storm with minimal damage. That level of durability doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a combination of expert engineering, high-quality materials, and a team that knows how to prepare for the worst.
Weather is unpredictable—your event structure shouldn’t be. Let’s chat.
